More adjustments for WoE, and a small improvement to healing drops.
October 16
- Random healing drops will now take into account the monster's level, so the higher level monsters are unable to drop the weaker healing items.
- Added a damage boost/reduction for WoE when the attackers/defenders are outnumbered. The bonus is of the form: 0.5*(X-Y/)/X, where X is the higher number between attackers/defenders, and Y is the other group. For instance, if you have 4 vs 6 people, the bonus becomes 0.5*2/6 -> 16.6% more damage dealt by the outnumbered group, and 16.6% less damage dealt to them.
- Card effects are now reduced by 1/3rd rather than 50%
- Changed the minimum delay for skills to 700ms rather than 1 sec.
- WoE skill cast/delays are now increased by 10%
- There are no longer any ASPD adjustments for WoE
- Flee and Def/Mdef now receive a 20% reduction in WoE
- Equipment refinement is now autobumped to +12 for versus grounds.
- Items again recover 100% of their value for WoE
