PvP Settings and Restrictions
Everyone's base level is bumped to max in pvp rooms, your stats will be increased automatically to preserve your current build, and any equip refined below +10 is temporarily increased to that.
Damage reductions are applied to all attacks and skills (of the same degree as the woe damage adjustments), and regeneration speed is halved as well.
There are 5 pvp rooms. There is no penalty for dying, and when you die you lose half your ranking points (therefore, you are never warped out automatically no matter how often you get killed). There are two restriction rules that may or not apply to each of the arenas, as well as the 'vengeful plants' and 'dispel effect'. The room Rock On has WoE restrictions in place so that you may practice how your build would work during WoE.
1. Party restriction: Some maps will have the "no party" setting, meaning that you can attack party members. Useful for free-for-all maps, or when you want a duel where you can see the opponent's HP.
2. Item restriction: Some maps will have a "no potions" restriction, meaning that no healing item will be usable in it. Maps with potions disabled will also have the skills Potion/Slim pitcher disabled.
3. Vengeful Plants look like rainbow plants. They are pretty hard to kill and yield no exp. What they really serve for is cloning. When you attack a vengeful plant there's a chance it will retaliate by creating a clone of the attacker. These clones are aggressive and will attack all nearby characters. May be useful to create clones to create havok or confuse others.
4. Dispel Effect: Some maps will have a 'dispelling' effect when you log into them. This means that all your buffs will be dispelled upon entering this map. This forces you to buff up after entering the arena.
Now, the breakdown of the rooms is:

Room Sandwich | No | Yes | No | 2
Room Rock On | No | No | Yes | 1
Four Room | Yes | No | No | 4
Undercross | Yes | Yes | No | 1
