July the 2nd update

Hm, I won't bother to change my name to Anonymous now. I figure people should know that Anonymous = legendarisk = Blazer.

A small update was put into effect by Skot that fixes the insane amount of certain stats that Desperos and Maeros got due to having MVP skills. See below for further explanation.

- Despero and Maero now use powerup/agiup level 2, rather than 6.
- Increased duration of PowerUp/AgiUp to 60 secs for all levels.

The first one is to prevent Despero and Maero from being much stronger than they should be. The second one is to help MVPs keep their "extra-difficulty," since mvps are supposed to use the Up skill level 2 when under 75% HP, level 4 when they are in the 25%~50% range, and finally level 6 when they are below 25%. But they were using these skills with a frequency of once every minute, when the skill effect was not lasting more than 30 secs
